In a 15 minute video blog Channel Enablers VP Products and I.P summarizes findings from research conducted by Channel Enablers and the Miller Heiman Research Institute into the challenges and opportunities vendors will face in their indirect channels in 2013.

Channels Connection newsletter subscribers and our global team of channel consultants were asked to look at the year ahead and consider two questions

  • What is the biggest challenge that vendors who sell through indirect channels must overcome to succeed in 2013?
  • What is the biggest opportunity vendors who sell through indirect channels have to drive market share and channel revenue growth in 2013?
